Overall, I have been pleased with my experience at the Villas of Vista Ridge. The location is perfect for me, Read More and the complex feeds the Exception Coppell Independent School District. My only complaint in my time at the complex is that no care has been taken on the grounds except between the entrance to the complex and the clubhouse/office. It would be so easy to plant and maintain bushes, but the current "landscaping" company has trimmed the bushes poorly, doesn't replace dead bushes, and aparently has knowledge of soil aeration, weed control or fertilization.

It's been a month we've moved here and till now we LOVE this place. it's very quiet and the exteriors are eye Read Morepleasing. We love the building models as well (very separate from each other). It's not like every commercial apartment buildings you see here and there. We also love the fact how this apt complex has maintained greenery and promoted GO GREEN! Having said that the ONLY issue we have been facing till now is the parking spot. There aren't enough free parking spot around our buildings which tends people to park in the crossed parking spot as well.

This is a good community to stay for a short period (or first lease period) but not for long period. Upon rene Read Morewal of lease, management is bullish on the rental renewal. Not ready to listen and understand current market scenario. They are offering good discounts to new customers but nothing for renewal. Couple of aparments are vacant for more than 3-4 months but not ready to negotiate rental renewal.
