Deer Cross Resident
Customer services is really poor, the office manager(s) are never at the office on the posted times. I work an Read Mored have tried to stop by during lunch and the door says they will return at 2 or 3 pm and this is at 11:40...that's quite a lunch break. I tried to call several times and they never pick up, specially on saturday. Seems like you can only reach them between 9:30 to 11:00. I moved in with stains on the counter-top, carpet, hole in the wall, crooked cabinets and toilet that needs replaced.

We have an automated answering service to address basic questions, and you can do much of your business with us online, but I can assure you we will also look into our working hours to ensure someone is available as much as possible.
