    Our lease terms are 6 and 12 months. We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a weight limit of 30 lbs. We have a pet fee of $300 per pet. Covered parking is a one-time fee of $35. The security deposit for the one bedrooms is $100 and $200 for the two bedrooms.
