Work at initial move in was never completed. The walls were not painted when the tub was replaced due to leak Read More at move in. They found a crack in the toilet and it took over a week to get the work done. Was not very easy to live in an apartment without a toilet. Once the toilet was installed there was not a seat. I actually installed my own seat on the toilet. This is not a major complaint, because due to the length of time it took at the beginning I was ok because I wanted to settle in.

Office staff is friendly apartments are incredibly over priced for the what you live in. As far as maintenance Read More its terrible everything gets fixed half way and seeing as how I'm paying what I'm paying is expect my problems fixed quickly and 100%. I find o have to be home at a certain time to get a parking spot that won't leave my car covered, and when I say covered that's not an exaggeration, in bird feces.

Before moving into this apartment complex we knew that living costs in this area are relatively high-we gave t Read Morehis rating because of the quality. It's a gorgeous complex but our apartment has had to have numerous repairs in only six months. Many of the things that needed to be fixed were fixed extremely quickly and efficiently however they should not have had to been fixed upon moving in-they should have been fixed prior or a better inspection should have been done.
