Overall, it's been good. It's challenging to get someone to call me back when I leave voicemails on their mach Read Moreine. Also, I should be able to pay rent online--without a fee. Additionally, the touchpad for guests to dial in at the gate, still doesn't have my info loaded in it. Lastly, the Leasing Office hours are ridiculous. If you close at 6pm, how do you expect anyone to come in to see property or get help? As I write this survey, it's 6:24 pm and there's no one to help me with my renewal.

Office Staff makes errors and does not respond to requests i.e. have requested outside lights that are burned Read Moreout be replaced with no response for almost one year. Had horrible time getting new lease renewal documents and when we did they gave is one day to sign and return. We had been requesting the docs for weeks.

The grounds are not well kept. When I moved in 4 years ago, there were a few damaged green areas. It got worse Read More with time and today there are just large patches of dirt. They just got covered with mulch not too long ago. Light poles last weeks with burned bulbs. The property looks dark at night. The pool pump was broken for the whole summer. My requests have not been addressed properly. Bathroom sink is old, got paint chips with rusted stains. Garbage disposal is rusted and stinks like a sewer.

Is an excellent complex. For now my the only thing that I do not understand is why the apartment does not come Read More with ligth or lamp in the rooms. We were informed that was a renewal upgraded but I renewed recently and that option was not in the list. Is something to work on.
