Pet Policy: 100 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $15.00 pet rent. $200 pet deposit. Restrictions: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $200 pet deposit per pet, and $200 pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $15 per month per pet. There is a weight limit of 100 lbs, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. my only complaint was we were right off the parking garage and those that turned their cars off with their key Read Mores would cause the horn to on and wake us up during the evening and early hours. we loved our apartment and the surrounding amenities. another thing that was annoying was the trash chute stopping up and the trash rooms filling up to the ceiling over the weekends. management was great to reply promptly to problems or concerns; parking spots were TOO small!

Garage is loud & you can hear in the apartments, lots of birds & they do not clear up after them, loved over 2 Read More months ago and still waiting for refund, hard to have a pet there

My stay there was very good because I was in my own apartment. The staff wasn't that great and I got overcharg Read Moreed after breaking the lease due to them increase my rent over $400 in a 3 year period. The laundry room was undermaintained and my vehicle was buglarized and my car radio was stolen. There were also bad words written on my car and nothing was done to improve security.

The apartments are nice and the and neighbors are friendly. Parking wasn't the best, but tolerable. The only r Read Moreeal issue I had was the stench of garbage during the summer months. Turning of the central air system made the smell worse.

I think the cost of the apartments are a bit high for the quality of the apartments. Most of the staff is frie Read Morendly except one of the males who I beleive was the finance mananger.
