While the staff is great and willing to work with it's residents to get issues fixed and corrected. Maintenanc Read Moree sometimes takes 3 4 days just to get to you. Designated parking per apartment building would be ideal numbering spots and leaving a couple blanks for guests or extra vehicles . Hear the people above us expected living on a first floor apt but can also hear the neighbors next to us.
I would still recommend this complex though because the staff make it enjoyable to live here.

I love living here because it is in a convenient location both to my work and school. There are plenty of plac Read Morees around here to eat and shop at with the highway down the road. The floorplan layout is wonderful and makes the apartment feel much bigger than the other ones we looked at. Absolutely love it here

The neighbors are friendly and the overall community is relatively quiet. There needs to be some common area Read Morelandscape maintenance. I have noticed ground leaks, patches of grass that needs to be replaced, dog feces that needs to be picked up. The unit is certainly livable, but the people hired to do make-ready cleanings are not the best as there was a considerable amount of grime I had to attend to upon entering the unit. There needs to be better lighting in the units. There is not enough storage in the kitchen area -- the pantry needs a better storage system. The granite countertops and new appliances are very nice. The insulation between floors is lacking and I can hear my neighbors far too well.
