find a different apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE. the rent is way too high to experience so many problems. the day Read More we moved in, the french doors enclosing our washer and dryer were not installed, there was a leak in the washer connections and the our sink disposal did not work so the apartment smelled of old food. It took over 2 weeks after a work order was submitted for these problems to be resolved. Our refrigerator was only cooling to 70 degrees for 3 weeks average cooling temp is 38 . When we told the office and put in work orders, they claimed that the problem was resolved, but my food continued to rot. It took THREE weeks for them to replace the refrigerator so I couldn't keep any food in my fridge or cook because it all went bad within a day or two. The guest bathroom flooded from the ceiling one morning because of work they were doing upstairs. We have had a rat in unit for over a month. Maintenance didn't do anything about it at first, so we had a purchase our own traps. Pest control has been out to treat the unit twice but the rat is still alive. He is chewing up the cabinets and doors.
DO NOT LIVE HERE.
TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE.
TERRIBLE PEST CONTROL.
OLD BUILDINGS. BUGS. RODENTS.

Now I understand what people mean when they say they wish they could give less than one star. I'll start off w Read Moreith the good about this complex because it's a short list... The maintenance staff responds quickly... That's it for the good. Now for the bad get your popcorn ready . I've seen every type of bug imaginable since I've been in this apartment. My very first night here I saw the largest roach in my life crawling up the wall and that remained a constant issue during my time here. I've also seen spiders, ants, and multiple other types of bugs inside the apartment since I've lived here. I know I didn't bring them because my last apartment was brand new and never saw a bug there. The office staff is extremely rude and not willing to help whatsoever. They take forever to greet you when you come into the office and aren't very helpful once they do. Management is terrible. They charged me 75 for not having proof of renters insurance even though I emailed it to the staff weeks prior to the fee being assessed. I finally had to go into the office and make the manager check her spam folder where the message was at and had been their for about two weeks and she was still reluctant to take off the fee. Now that I've moved out and have officially switched my electricity to my new residence, they want to charge me 50 for a vacant electricity fee for the next couple of days when my lease is officially up... What am I supposed to do, not have electricity at my new apartment I was also assessed a 100 late fee for paying my rent at 2AM the day after rent was due... By the way, I'm a firefighter who works 24 hour shifts. Sorry I didn't stop saving people from car accidents and salvaging people's property long enough to give you your money. And the office staff was completely unwilling to work with me in any way. There was a water stain on my ceiling that I told maintenance about that I was told nothing could be done about it. I would like to take the time out to recognize, Carlos on the maintenance team. One day we were experiencing Read Moreplumbing issues and the carpet was very wet. Carlos was very helpful and informative until the concerns were resolved.

Tbh location and accessibility of trails seems to be the main advantage, lovely and helpful staff at the offic Read Moree too. Can hear neighbors from my living room, not sure why their conversations are so clear since they aren't really yelling. Need more parking spots and definitely way more visitor parking spots. On those issues, my previous home apartments probably beat you 4-0. Probably get rid of tennis court and convert to parking Does anyone really use it Maybe there's more space somewhere else

Thank you for writing your review and for the kinds words you said about our office staff. I'm sorry that you are hearing so much noise from your residents. If it ever gets too loud due to neighbors not paying attention to the noise they are making, please let us know and we will reach out. For parking, there are some spots on the property that are usually a little busier than others due to the location so on the flipside there are areas that are always pretty empty. You may be in one of those busier areas. If the visitor spots near you are taken, please tell your visitors that there are other spots in different areas of the community. Unfortunately, that doesn't always mean it's going to be close to your building but there are usually spots open. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Here at Landmark at Collin Creek there are so many trees and there is enough grass space to play with our dog. Read More My boyfriend and I really enjoy the community and staff. Work requests are completed timely and they are very nice. The apartment is big enough and we love the layout of our apartment. We really love living here
