      I want to give it more stars. The location is great, the grounds are pretty and park-like, most other resident Read Mores I've met are great, and I actually LOVE my apartment. That is where the happy ends, I'm afraid.

      I have lived here since the summer of 2016. In that time the office and management staff has completely turned over multiple times so the rules and expectations change regularly and with each new manager. For example, I have been told that maintenance can't come into the apartments if you are not there if you have a pet only to later find out that that is not the case any longer. I have been told that repairs were scheduled and had "more important" emergencies arise that mean my repairs (after rescheduling my life to be home because I have a pet) are not done as scheduled - without a courtesy call to let me know. I have been told that repairs were scheduled with 3rd party vendors to find out that the manager had never scheduled them and she blamed others for her error. (Now, to be fair, none of the people who told me that are with the property any longer.)

      The next manager was an acting manager and, bless his heart, he tried. The next manager lasted a week before a "family emergency" took her away. The latest manager is "fixing" things that aren't' broken, at least in my opinion and the opinion of other residents to whom I've spoken. I even contacted the region manager with my concerns and was told that it (the new parking permit for guests plan - you'll basically have to get permission to have guests park on the premises in the form of a tag you get from the office so heaven forbid anyone surprise you after hours with a visit) is for the "safety and security of residents and guests" but to check out the new pool furniture because it's great.

      So, if you don't mind awful management with constant changes, this place is for you.

      I really like the area; I feel safe and have everything I could possibly need very close to the apt (shopping, Read More parks, etc...). The grounds are kept up very well and I have a lovely view from my balcony. The management staff is nice and responsive. The upgraded units are quite nice, too.
