I've woken up to a flooded kitchen, had sewage backed up in my bath tub, had termites crawling on me in my bed Read More, had roaches crawling on me in my bed, had my kitchen sink backed up with sewage, mold in my closet (that I reported weeks ago and still no one has come to check it out), my a/c was out for days (twice), my ceiling leaked water, my hot water only lasts for about 10 minutes (resulting in the most relaxing showers ever ... NOT), and yet, we still pay the full rent with no apologies.

The apartment is a good value for the area. However, they are slow to completely fix things that are wrong. An Read Mored the office manager will tell you one thing and then tell you something different the next week. The parking lot desperately needs replaced. Way too many potholes. And the walkways are too uneven and cracked. They are a danger.

the people are very nice but thier maintenance ability seems to be lacking in some areas. Thwy never let me kn Read Moreow when they come to check the problem out, then I find out that because I have refused to move my stuff, they can not fix it! I did not know! Also, living in the back area is wonderful, but hard to find parking sometimes. We do not have assigned spaces, or covers, yet we pay as much as the other areas. And the parking lot is in terrible condition!

The people are great it's management and maintenance that make it a poor place to live my apartment slants to Read Moreone side. Takes forever to get maintence to fix anything I went without electricity for2 days due to the breakers called many times finally manager said if my husband knew how to flip the breaker for him to do it. Wood is rotten around the entry way windows don't lock. Been here a year unfortunately I'm strap for cash but doesn't mean to have poor service
