Seems like offerings are being scaled back even though rent increased more than inflation

Read Moretil few months ago there were towels and water at the gym, it has been now eliminated. Also cleanliness is not as good as used to be.
Quality of material used on cabinets are below par, they look shiny from outside but the surface comes off easily due to low quality and cheap material used
Also refrigerator is very noisy i wish you picked better quality stuff
        Thanks

The rental rates are climbing very quickly, which I would feel better about if it were not for the truly poor Read Morequality of the renovation of my apartment last year. (1) When installing the new refrigerator, the direction of the door opening was changed, which would have been fine, except that there are now bare screw holes showing (the switch kit comes with inserts to cover them, but they were not installed). They also moved the Whirlpool logo on the freezer to the other side but did not clean up the glue where it was originally placed. In addition, the refrigerator was not properly installed, so it was free to roll around. I was able to that. (2) The kitchen faucet started flopping around within a month. (3) The bathroom originally had a single large mirror mounted on the wall. Now there are two separate mirrors. Part of the wall that used to be behind the single large mirror is now exposed, and when I look at the wall, I can clearly see the outline of the old mirror. (4) Some of the light switch plates are a bit smaller than the original ones, and the outline of the old plates is now visible (similiar to the mirror issue). Also, the wall was painted AFTER the switch plates were installed, so there is paint residue on the switch plates. (5) I discovered that the "new" cabinets are actually veneers over the old ones, which I can understand, but in some cases, the bottoms of the drawers were rotten, and I did expect those to be replaced during the renovation, but they were not.

My only frustration in the community is Gate. Where ever I lived before, I got a remote that I can open the ga Read Morete when I am near to it, instead of opening my car window and pointing that sensor near to that pole. I heard that you provide that kind of remotes as well but for extra cost which is ridiculous when I am paying good amount for living in the community.
