The property is nice and well maintained. However, the security gates are left open a lot, and the business of Read Morefice and game room is not available 24/7 to residents. While they have many amenities, you can't always use them. They switched refuse pickup service and put a penalty in for any who don't bring in their cans after collection.

The staff were always very responsive to maintenance requests. Walls seem to be a bit thin as I could always Read Morehear what my neighbors movies.

Very satisfied overall. The management is very nit-picky about every little thing when you move out. Best advi Read Morece is to take pictures of everything and note every little scratch in the floor, tile crack, blinds being bent, etc. on your move-in form or they will charge you outrageously for it. We had blinds in our bathroom that we never touched (they were too high) We were billed for new ones when we moved out.

The quality of the residence itself was very high. However the lack of adequate uncovered parking, as well as Read More a pest problem in the unit prevented an excellent rating. Also a daily annoyance was other residents along with their whole families, including small children, walking and standing in and around the parking area very late at night. To me, this is a serious safety hazard. This was one of the factors that led to me moving out.
