-They force you with extra useless service fees. -Always dirty, they don't clean the property often. -The r Read Moreent is way beyond expensive for the location, amenities. you can find better service and larger units with lower price. -I've never seen the pest control coming, that explains why there are rats and bugs around the buildings.

My apartment had several issues that came up. The entire building's foundation settled, and cracked. My unit h Read Moreas had problems not being level, the doors either stick or won't close at all. There are cracks in the windows and walls that caused mold to grow. All of the other maintenance problems (carpet, hot water, kitchen sink, toilet)either have not been addressed at all, or not in a timely manner. I want to move out A.S.A.P.

The only reason the overall is "good" as opposed to "excellent" is due to the outside maintenance. The securi Read Morety gate malfunctioned a lot, and the outside landscaping and common areas were not as well-maintained as they could have been. Otherwise, it was a good place to live for the money. They did significantly increase rent rates at the time my second lease expired (after another company bought out the prior owners), and this was the main reason I left the complex.
