I would have given the community an excellent except for two situations. I was sold my townhome based on its p Read Moreroximity to the clubhouse and its amenities. What I wasn't told was that every vehicle that enters the complex passes my unit. Also, the units are pricey.

it was quiet! the closet was fantasticly large as was the garage storage. And the staff was amazing.
Oh-- Read More-the gym! and the spa/salon! the classes and the personal trainers!

Overall a good place to live although the rent increases way too frequently. Every time the lease is renewed t Read Morehe rent goes up. I've never experienced the continual rent increases in any other apartments that I've lived in. This is making it hard to stay a resident here.
