There is a $500 Pet Deposit. Monthly Pet Rent ranges from $15-$20. Breed Restrictions - Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and Chow or any mix of more than 20% will not be allowed (all municipality laws apply to other breeds). The building where I was had problems with pets getting carpets and elevators dirty. The paint inside was bad. Read More It had a wwet smell constantly. The gym had most of te equipment broken. The people that worked there were not nice, specially at the end as I was giving them feedback. I even shared pictures, which they did not like.
