Certified Resident

The building is full of entitled residents who let their animals soil the carpeting wherever they want and the Read Morey refuse to clean it up. Parking is difficult in the evenings in the outside lot. Its quite obvious that enough parking was not constructed for the amount of residents in this building. We have a beautiful pool that is full during the summer of non-residents who are let in by the dozen by residents which is against the written policy. (2 guests allowed at one time)

I'm happy with my apartment but parking is a pain in the evening. They didn't build enough parking in the lot Read Mores and the garage parking is crazy expensive. Lots of turnover in our management office as well which has been difficult for consistency but there are a few people there who are doing a great job.

I enjoy my apartment when I am inside; however the outside and amenities are not that great. They could be, bu Read Moret there just isn't enough effort put in to management to make this place as good as it could be. Things are done just enough to get by and front desk requests often fall through the cracks.
