I haven't had any maintenance work since I moved in (dishwasher never worked). They knew I got paid on the 3rd Read More of every month with social security and they still wanna charge me 75 dollars late fee. Their not supposed to do that I think they owe me money for all them late fees I had to pay

I supplied an apartment check sheet. Only (1) one item has been repaired. That was extreme mold in the master Read Morebathroom cabinet. No repair on refrigerator, door shelves, butter cover, freezer shelf, etc. counters have not been resurfaced, apartment was not painted before move in, at least many areas were not. The vinyl flooring has ripples all over. They say that flooring was an upgrade, and if I'm late on my rent, I am charged a late fee for the apartment and an add'l late fee for flooring,

Very disappointed since i first moved in. Apt reaked in pet urine. Was given a price for upgrated apt. Thats w Read Morehy i moved here. Didn't get it. There was roaches everywhere, still are, a leak in tne bathroom when i moved in, a hole in bedroom base board, like sometning ate through it, this happened when i was moving in, change in staff, nobody new anything, launry facilities are bad, parking is bad, maintenance is bad, i have given 3 written work orders and nothing has been done.

My whole living experience there was bad from the fist day I moved in. They made me wait to move in because th Read Moreey were upgrading my apartment but when I moved in, it was nothing like the apartment they showed me. My bathrooms had water leaks almost everyday and the apartment was infested with ants and spiders and my kids were getting bit.
