Roaches, loud music from neighbors, pool becomes dirty after a week and turns green

We regret seeing that you've encountered these inconveniences. Please reach out to us in person, as we have ways of remedying problems with pests and we're happy to address noise violators. We also want to know when our pool requires special attention, so we hope you'll contact us whenever this is a problem.
Do not communicate well with residents. Pool is not constantly maintained for residents during summer.

We're disappointed to read that your experience has been less than satisfactory. Our onsite team strives to communicate with residents as clearly and professionally as possible. Regarding the pool, it was closed last summer due to malfunctioning equipment, and we did our best to fix the equipment and have the pool properly maintained. We hope it will be enjoyed by all residents this summer.
I moved in May of last year. First off my apartment wasn't ready on the move in day and time I was given, they Read More were putting in the cabinets and floor boards when I got there at my given time slot. Didn't actually get my keys for over 3 hours. Since then it's been a battle. Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner, I still have 2 holes in my ceiling from the fan installation that happened a month after I moved in, I'm still missing handles on doors in my bathroom. And so much more!

We sincerely apologize that your move-in experience did not meet your expectations. It's our goal to provide a comfortable situation for all residents, and we hope you'll reach out to us in person with any pending concerns. We want to help however we can.
My unit had a bad roach problem. Weekly pest service did not solve this problem. Had to put everything in refr Read Moreigerator and kept nothing in the cabinets. Store all my dishes in the dish washer.
