Do not communicate well with residents. Pool is not constantly maintained for residents during summer.

Regarding the pool, it was closed last summer due to malfunctioning equipment, and we did our best to fix the equipment and have the pool properly maintained. I moved in May of last year. First off my apartment wasn't ready on the move in day and time I was given, they Read More were putting in the cabinets and floor boards when I got there at my given time slot. Didn't actually get my keys for over 3 hours. Since then it's been a battle. Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner, I still have 2 holes in my ceiling from the fan installation that happened a month after I moved in, I'm still missing handles on doors in my bathroom. And so much more!

My unit had a bad roach problem. Weekly pest service did not solve this problem. Had to put everything in refr Read Moreigerator and kept nothing in the cabinets. Store all my dishes in the dish washer.
