Poor maintenance. I've had water leak problems from the beginning. Every time it rains, water comes in through Read More my windows. They have attempted to fix the problem but it continues. Office has poor follow up services on any maintenance call I've made.

The water bill is often not sent out on time. The grounds often have trash. The gates are often broken. It Read Moretakes maintenance several tries to fix things correctly.

Down hill since change of management. Most poorly rated in maintenance request. Poor selection of residence Read Moreallowed, (most leave trash upon move out, graffiti, increased crime, noisy kids, etc.

The gate is constantly broken. When it's asked when it will be fixed it is always said it's up to the owners. Read More That does not suffice. I do not pay to live in a gated community that isn't gated half of the time. The parking is always an issue after 9PM. Residents have resorted to parking on the outside of he fence and climbing through in some instances. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move.
