I had to contact the management office several times to get items repaired. One big issue that I had was that Read Morethe entry door had at one time been kicked in. All that was done for repair to the jamb was to use finishing nails to hold it in place. I complained enough and finally the door jamb was replaced. When I did move out, I was denied my deposit. I had barely any furniture in the apartment, but the management company claimed that the walls were scraped and had to be repainted. Not very nice.

Management was always very rude...
Parking is horrible to come home to nomatter what time of day.
Mainte Read Morenance was rude as well, there are so many an yet they do a poor job in replacement.
Residents whom live there are not friendly, an the place itself is not kid friendly at all.

In addition to the standard deposit fees, they tried adding a "new carpet" deposit for me to pay at move in, b Read Moreut since the lease had already been signed, I fought it and they removed the deposit and installed new carpet anyway. Then 7 months later when I moved out, they kept my full deposit and charged me for brand new carpet anyway! Total cost for me upon move out was about $500 including the deposit they kept! Unbelievable! I do NOT recommend them.
