The property condition is very poor. They don't screen their applicants very well and let in a lot of riff raf Read Moref. They don't enforce rules about people's patios being kept neat and cars not being worked on everywhere. The office staff are very unorganized. The pools are filthy and disgusting and the workout room is unbelievably dirty and ill-maintained.
