The Haven has a great location with many nearby shopping centers and easy access to Highway 151, though the pr Read Moreoximity results in a constant level of road noise. Grounds are well maintained though some litter seems to escape the staff, particularly behind buildings and in breezeways. Building exteriors look nice though the apartment units themselves aren't very insulated as I can hear my neighbors dogs running and barking consonantly. Apartment staff is generally courteous and helpful.

The front desk staff are always extremely helpful and get things done very quickly. I only rated it as average Read More because the kids in the complex have continually put dinks in my old and now my brand new car. My neighbors above me make more noise than a bowling ally and its 90% of the time after 10pm, and I have to wake up at 5am.Sometimes some of the foreign residents sit behind the apartment building where my window faces and are talking and their kids are loud until very late.

The Haven is in the perfect location. Close to major employers, shopping, and all of the essentials. Ameniti Read Morees that most other communities do not offer, such as a washer and dryer, are included. The office staff is professional and friendly. Maintenance requests are completed very fast - in most cases, the same day that they are submitted. The grounds are well-kept and clean. They are very pet-friendly. A resident can truly relax and enjoy living at The Haven. It is truly a haven in SA.
