The Row Apts are under new owner/management since June 2015. It is an older property with limited floor plans. Read More One bedroom per market value will be renting for over 899.00 2 bedroom for 1059 and town homes 2 bedrooms for 1256.00. Management wants to charge you for upgrades black old appliances back plastic splash or wood planking flooring for extra 15.00 50.00 or extra 100.00 Small sq footage for high ridiculous rates$ Families are moving out and students will be living here attending UTSA.

Ants are everywhere, before dressing myself or my children I must shake my clothes off to avoid being bit by t Read Morehem. Ridiculous additional fees to the water bill. ($18.50) I.e. pest control is $8, even if we do not use them for the month. trash fee and trash service fee are also placed on the bill which I believe a service fee is being able to leave my trash outside my door and garbage company picks up from my door step. I don't see a need to charge trash && trash service fee .

The intentions of The Row is good but the execution so far is not up to par. It is understandable since they r Read Moreecently purchased this property. I have lived under both managements and the original owners and managers were just fantastic. Look at the older reviews. The Row currently has tried to cater to a student crowd but it seems that the efforts have not proven fruitful yet. I think they need to fix how they charge the water bill ASAP. I say upgrade all units not just build amenities!

The entrance could be repaved, its really bumpy on my tires. There's a dip where the water man hole is.
