Today, 7-2-16, I went in to pay rent. I was openly ignored for several minutes by an employee AND the apartmen Read Moret MANAGER. On-line bill pay is a joke as it has not been working. Ever since the property was sold to an out of town corporation it has gone down hill. Privacy fences were removed so now people on the street can look into your apartment on the firs floor. Gives intruders easy access too. Trash collects by the dumpsters for weeks. Witnessed a sofa sit by one for almost a month. AVOID.

I have lived there a little over 10 years, before it became Tivona. And just like other residents, I was skept Read Moreical at first. But they have proven to be a great management team, requests are taken care of promptly and the place is looking better than ever! I loved it before, but I love it even more, now.

Miss the old management . They made you feel welcomed, this management doesnt. They have a lot to learn to hav Read Moree better customer service. Even though we rent from them they need to remember we are THEIR customers and they didn't retain me. I stayed because of the convenience of the location and left because of them. I was willing to pay an extra $350 a month more not to be s resident anymore, so I movedme and my family.

Aside from the fresh coat of paint and the designer makeover for the leasing center (which looks absolutely mo Read Moredern and fresh), the lack of both regular pest control and a courtesy patrol make us unsure about staying here. Also, if you live downstairs, be ready to have noisy neighbors upstairs. Every neighbor we have had upstairs makes a lot of noise, well into the nighttime hours.

Management never has correct account information. Rats living in apartment when moved in. Currently in dispu Read Morete over a bill that was paid, but not credited to account properly, due to poor record keeping by management. High rents for apartments. Monthly upcharges for light fixture in living room, shower head that works, backsplash in kitchen. They are renovating the apartments, but doing it by overcharging residents. Stay away from this place.
