I got notices all the time about the lawn needing to be cut when the lawn was cut every week. Then even if the Read More lawn didn't need to be cut they would cut it and charge me. The water bill was always outrages. We asked them to come check for a leak and was told we used a lot of water. When I did maintanience request they never fixed it properly.

Saddlebrook operates not unlike a Homeowner?s Association: we do complete regular property inspections to ensure that residents are taking the necessary steps to keep their units and their sites well-maintained. It is this attention to detail and quality that attracts so many people to our beautiful community. We are always more than happy to assist with water leak detection, although water rates themselves are set by the utility company and are, regrettably, beyond our control.
Management staff was rude, unresponsive to attempts to contact, and hardly ever in the office. They never did Read Morea walk through at the beginning of our lease and then charged us (outrageous amounts I will add) for previously existing issues. They do not require other residents to keep their properties clean. I know it is common for rental properties to keep most of you deposit for bogus reasons because no one has the time or money to fight for such a small amount, but I felt robbed by Saddlebrook

The Saddlebrook management staff truly makes it a priority to provide a positive living experience, and we?re sorry that a prior resident found their experience to be less than satisfactory. We respect our residents and complete regular unit walk-throughs to ensure our residents are respecting their unit and receiving the proper maintenance from our staff, and under no circumstances would we retain a resident's deposit if the condition of the unit did not warrant the repairs.
