I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with all of the inoperable vehicles with expired tags. There is even one pick-up Read Moretruck with an expired Inspection tag from 2007!! What a "ghetto" property. I am embarrassed to have visitors over!

Office staff does a great job of getting maintenance request done within 24 hours. I get more square footage f Read Moreor the rent I pay than I have at other places.

Falcon Ridge Apartments Resident
Really horrible roach infestation. Car was broken into twice. I fulfilled my lease was never late once, when I Read More left they tried to charge me to repaint apartment. Really bad management with heavy office employee turn over. Unsafe location now days.
