Overall it is a nice complex, there could be better amenities and the prices could be better but I haven't had Read More any problems with the complex. I have had some difficulties with the ISP but management is working to resolve the problems encountered with them.

I am not pleased with the lack of parking availability and that there is no defined area for residents with pe Read Morets. I have a son who is allergic to cats and dogs so I'm afraid to let him play outside since the pets are allowed to roam and relieve themselves wherever they please.

Maintenance and people are great. But the parking situation is horrible! More than once I had to park 2 blocks Read More away because there was no parking by my unit. This was very inconvenient with groceries and children. They make you pay extra 40 dollars a month to a reserved spot and the ones available were not close to our unit. With parking closer it would have been fine. They did bump up the price for rent every year so prepare for that. The swimming pool and weight room were great.

Unfortunately, I had the ability to live in Stoneleigh on the Lake apartment homes. This is by far the worst Read Moreplace I have ever stayed. My biggest disappointment was someone telling me that they have a habit of not giving you your deposit back (me as a fool defending them saying of course they do... they have to, LOL). These criminals not only stole my deposit but after I moved out charged me for the drip pans, carpet, blinds, cleaning as well as several months of water and boiler pay
