A great price I have a few issues with the bathroom that need fixed toilet tub and wasn't very clean upon Read Moremove in but these apartments are very nice and a great place to live, the neighbors are quiet and very nice as well. I can't wait to try out the pool come summer time

We've recently renewed our lease for another year here. It's been a fantastic experience, if slightly more exp Read Moreensive than I'd prefer. The front office staff is a little grouchy sometimes but they're efficient and knowledgeable and how much do you really see them . The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept, the maintenance staff is incredible here I used to work maintenance and know just how hard it can be and they complete any work order within about 24 hours. Even the trivial things like light and filter changes were done quickly and with professionalism. A

I would say in general my experience has been okay. The only unpleasant experience I had so far was with due Read Moreto an online payment glitch.
I submitted my payments timely, even got an online confirmation of it. However, several days later I heard from the management that my payment was not received. I explained that I have submitted the payment timely and I have the receipt as well but they showed their unwillingness to help me to resolve the matter. I called the landmark's customer service center as well. They assured me that they will look into the matter and call me back once it is resolved. However, I never heard back from them.
In the meantime, they charged me 75 late fee, without ever explaining what has exactly happened to my payment.

I have rented for the last 11 years. Park is easily the best place I have ever lived. They are timely with the Read More maintenance, always have parking available, and has good communal facilities. There is some occasional noise from the upstairs neighbors and some kids, but otherwise, it has few flaws.
