The apartment units at the Park are nice, but the carpets and appliances seem cheap (plastic trying to pass as Read More stainless steel). Management is very friendly and responsive and the apartments are very safe and quiet. The gym equipment is very old and janky and we did not enjoy using it. Location is awesome for those working at Scott & White and apartments are also right next to I-35 for those who commute. There is only a tiny neighborhood park nearby, so not much outdoor space.

The Park is almost an excellent rating. The one amenity that would push it up to excellent would be a dog pa Read Morerk. There are multiple spaces that could easily be fenced in. I know I would love to be able to take my dog outside and let her off her leash, and she would love it too! Other than the lack of a dog park, this is a great place to live.

The staff is excellent, and extremely helpful. The grounds are beautifully kept. Some parts of buildings are o Read Moreutdated, but maintenance on buildings is great.
