Pretty sick of having nowhere to park because the building across the street from me keeps getting rented out Read Morefor parties. Management needs to do something about visitors parking in resident parking. You raised my rent again, although who doesn't do that. You and cable companies are the only types of companies that can get away with treating loyal customers that badly.

A good location for young adults. It can occasionally be a little to party friendly for me as I didn't always Read Moreenjoy the constant ruckus of drunk people coming home from the bars at 2 AM. This is purely based off of where your apartment is located. I met a lot of people and they always have resident activities. Overall a fun place to live.

I was a resident for 12 months in Phase II of Austin Ranch. There was a transfer/buyout and split of the prope Read Morerty. The new management group was scattered at best. There were plenty of dog doo disposal stations and were consistently stocked, but the residents didn't seem to grasp the concept. With the new management group, the stations were not kept filled, nor were the bins emptied timely. Our unit did not have a shower head at move in. Counter tops were cheap. You pay for location.
