i was suprised that a luxury apartment was built so poorly. U can easily hear ur neighbors conversations and Read Morehear every step if someone if above u.
Also they do not monitor people with pets....I have a dog and pick up after her when I take her for walk. The Abbey is great at providing tools to pick up after dog
They do not monitor who comes into the pool area during the summer.
Overall it's average.....staff seems confused or lost at times. Maintenence crew is very good and responsiv

My family had a terrible experience living at The Abbey apartments. The office staff and maintenance staff had Read More a complete turnover when we lived there. We had water bills that were extremely high and unpredictable. Our apartment had a water leak from the roof. It took months to get it repaired. Our lease came to an end before the interior was repaired. We loved the ceiling fans and the 2 car garage but these were not enough to keep us. Too expensive to live there with rent increasing.
