Crime, crime, crime.... More than I ever thought existed in the city of Tyler. Management and maintenance we Read Morere HORRIBLE! I feared for my families safety! We left AT THE END OF OUR LEASE WITH WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE MANAGER AND THEY ARE STILL SAYING THAT WE BROKE OUR LEASE?!?!?! CONSTANT ISSUES WITH A/C UNIT AND MAINTENANCE CREW NEVER FIXED IT.. I HAD 2 INFANTS THAT I DIDNT EVEN FEEL SAFE LEAVING AT HOME WITH MY WIFE WHILE I WORK IT WAS SO BAD.. VERY VERY GHETTO, SCARY, THUG-FILLED APARTMENT

The first apartment I moved into had leaks coming from the air conditioner, broken pipes on the sinks, problem Read Mores with electric, and problems with mold. When these problems were initially brought to their attention, the office staff was rude and didn't want to move me to another apartment. They did eventually. They have yet to replace the air conditioners, or fix the hot water line properly, among many other issues.

Poor maintenance of apartments. During my stay there they had several apartments flood amounting in damage to Read Moremy apartment and those surrounding. It took days to get someone in to repair the floors. The apartment that I was given was not completed. The tubs were not recoated, the stove had no burner coils, walls were not finished being repainted, the cabinets were missing knobs. Due to poor maintenance and poor management, I broke my lease and left for better arrangments.
