Pet Policy: $15 pet rent. $400 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Max. of 2 pets per apartment. Dogs are restricted by breed. Add $200 to your deposit for one pet, add $700 to your deposit for 2 pets. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $200. Must be over 1 year old, be spayed or neutered, have all vaccines current. Monthly pet rent is $15/pet.

Thus a great place to stay and its nice and quiet, except for my my noisy upstairs neighbors and their dog but Read More other than that they are excellent!!

Quail Creek Apartments Resident
One significant reason is the parking. The lot large and the spaces are wide enough to provide room to open a Read Morecar door without hitting another vehicle. Also, the staff is friendly and responsive to maintence requests. The location is very convenient, and the grounds are kept up nicely. It would be perfect if I had a washer and dryer hookup.

The insulation between floors is almost non-existent. I can hear every creak and groan as the upstairs neighbo Read Morer's son stomps around. He has a habit of getting drunk, then yelling and banging around on the outdoor patio. I've had to call the cops on him twice, but the manager does nothing about it. Even though he's been "asked to leave", he still spends a lot of time in the apartment. He's over 18 and not on the lease, yet stays all the time. Horrible manager. Can't wait to move out.
