The parking was horrific and for the price I paid I felt like parts of the apartment were very out dated and f Read Morealling apart. Other than those things, the staff at the apartment were always friendly and helpful. Also if I needed anything done it was finished in a timely fashion.

I have lived here over 3 years now and I enjoy living here. I wish they wouldn't go up on my rent each time I Read Moresign a new lease but every place does this. I do like the fact that I can sign an 18 month lease so it only goes up every so often. Also I accidentally missed a payment by one day and they would not listen to me that it was an honest mistake and charged me a late fee and put it on my renter's record for just being one day late.

During the time we lived at The Woodlands the customer service was better than good; prompt assistance from ma Read Moreintenance, friendly office staff.
However, when we gave our notice (rent went up at least $50) things changed. Any interaction with the front office was short & borderline rude. Upon moving out they charged us $300 for not disconnecting our washer/dryer 'correctly'; Their paperwork made no mention of 'special arrangements' needing to be made. Very unhappy with move out process.
