The downstairs toilet, the dishwasher, and tile have been broken all year. The girls have called for repair a Read Morend were told "there is nothing we can do to fix it". It is disappointing that we pay so much and the building is not maintained or repaired as needed. (My daughter and her best friend live there with 2 random girls.) The room mate match was not what they were told.

The apartment and grounds were fantastic. When I lived there, there was quite a change in office personnel for Read More several months. When it was time to renew my lease, there was quite a jump in renal rates as well. That was the only reason I did not renew my lease. The rent seemed a little steep for being out in the country with not being close in with the exception of gas stations and fast food.
