The staff is nice, but things keep being tacked on to rent each month. Mostly water usage during the summer, r Read Moreunning CONSTANTLY even through rainy days, adding a significant jump to our rent. This was very disappointing and frustrating because our sidewalks were constantly flooded and muddy. It's a nice place to live, but plan on regular rent fluctuations.

This was a horrible community. The Maintenance and Management were extremely unprofessional and the apartment Read Morehad tons of maintenance issues. The landscaping was less that disgusting with dog and bird fecees all over the grounds not to mention garbage. I called the Corporate office and mutually terminated the lease. The office team was usally rude and parking was hit and miss.

It's a safe community and they are fantastic about maintenance requests. Some of the office staff are unpleasa Read Morent and others are incredibly helpful. I have lost packages because the office staff gave them to another resident. Also, I once lost my keys and called the front office five minutes before closing to see if they would wait five minutes after closing and let me in. The girl said yes, but when I got there, she had left and I was locked out. There is also dog feces all over the grass.

The office staff holds mail packages and after I received notice my package (laptop) had been delivered, the o Read Moreffice staff looked but could not find my package. I had to keep bothering them to check after that and it turns out the package was there all along. They also charged me $50 for a small black paint mark on the wall after I moved out. Over all I would say these are apartments are over priced at $850 for a one bedroom plus having to pay around $30 a month for lawn maintenance.

Exit fees were not something brought forth during lease agreement in a fully truthful and forthcoming manner. Read More I felt that after termination of the lease period, and vacancy of the premise, the maintenance manager and apartment representative looked for every place that they could bill me for "repairs".
