The interior of the apartments are outdated. They are remodeling when they become empty. My electric bills are Read More high. They devide the power bill evenly to all tenants. My bill is the same price as the person with heat, a/c ect running all day. Paving, fencing, paint, pools & new rec room all updated or new. A lot of money has been put into this place.

The complex has declined over the last couple of years, probably due to the fact that the original owners sold Read More out and now it is run by a management company. Not quite the same feeling overall.

Love it. No neighbors above or below you, you have your own little garden if you'd like to have a garden. Ther Read Moree is plenty of parking space. Great view of the mountains. Plenty of swimming pools to go to when one is crowded. Pretty cool gym with free wights. Way too expensive tho!!

We have lived at Sandpiper for over three years and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everyone from the Read Morefront office to the maintenance have always been there for us. If there is a problem you can count on them to fix it. The apartments are large and new updates have included new countertop and floor coverings. The gym is fantastic . The swimming pool is beautiful and it always feels like a resort than an apartment complex.
