Little to no free parking so when family/friends come visit they're forced to park on the street. All free par Read Moreking is taken by residents because paid parking is expensive. Residents of the apartments are less then you would expect when paying such a high price. They leave trash, vomit ect. in the hall.They're supposed to be sound resistant, but you hear everything from the hall. Which if you have dogs cause them to bark, people complain. Only positive is Office and Maintenance staff are amazing

Everything about the apartment works and is very nice, but the way the company does business is terrible. Be Read Moreprepared to to pay ever expense the complex has, no report of where it comes from either they just show up as a separate utility, numbers are outrageous. Whether intentional or not there has to be some illegal business going on here. Probably would recommend it unless you just have money to blow and don't really care how much you spend, or care about paying for other people's utilities

Certified Resident

The apartments are new so that's a plus, but the floors have deep scratches and various other issues. We have Read Morebeen blocked in/out of our garage by random cars parking in our drive and there isn't a tow company or No Parking signs posted. It's a non smoking property and many of the residents smoke so we have to keep our windows shut. Residents leave their garbage out in the hallway, sometimes for days and let their dogs use the hallway for a bathroom. Thin walls and slamming doors are a problem
