4th West's amenities are really what sells the property. The location close to TRAX was a good choice and the Read MoreFrontrunner train which runs behind the compound is not a problem.

I have enjoyed every day at 4th west apartments thus far. The staff is excellent, and the apartment homes are Read Morebeautiful. 4th west is far and away the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.

4th West has a lot to offer. The place is beautifully done and the staff here wants to make sure you are happy Read More. And you can't beat the location near the FrontRunner, Trax Green Line, and proximity to downtown. Sit in the jacuzzi and take in the stellar views from the top floor.

Blown away at this apartment and community. The on-site management is superb. Facilities are top-notch and imm Read Moreaculate. Amenities offered are very extensive and high-end. I feel safe on the property. The normal drawbacks of apartment-living (noise from neighbors, getting packages delivered, cleanliness of facilities, parking issues, etc.) are almost non-existant here. Plan to be here a while!
