Apartments are nice. However, the HVAC systems in the apartments are loud. If the heater or air-conditioner tu Read Morerns on while watching TV - brace yourselves. I have learned to live with closed-captioning. The valet trash service is really annoying (required $20/month). You need to keep a nasty garbage bin in your apartment that you put out every night if you want your trash hauled away, and it has the valet services info printed big on it. It is an eyesore and there is no way of opting out. I am more than capable of hauling out my own trash. Internet and TV is alright, but that is another service you can't opt out of if you want. You are required to have DirecTV. I am required to pay $105 a month for TV that I don't watch that isn't even HD, but the Internet is good. $105/month good? I don't think so.
