Management personnel varies between accomodating and extremely rude. Apartments are old and very leaky (water, Read More wind, cold air). Furnaces can be extremely loud. Tenants are questionable, some are nice, but others will drive you out

There are a ton of kids living in the complex. A playground would get a lot of use.

I gave that response for a few reasons. First it is very loud in this community. None of the noise ordinances Read Moreare followed. This brings me to my second reason when you bring up any concerns with the ofiice staff they become very rude and treat you as though you are wasting their time. Lastly when you have a maintenance issue they take forever to respond and it is usually not repaired correctly so they have to return multiple times.
