the location is unbeatable, the units are some of the largest in the neighborhood. The building is over 50 yea Read Morers old, but still much more modern than most other units in the neighborhood. That being said, the facade is ugly and the amenities are teasing but lacking. Nice to have a pool, but the pool is tiny. When I first moved in, there was a rec room with a pool table, foosball table, and couches with a large tv. Today that space is an unused office, off limits to tenants.
