We got new management in Jan 2013 and they have been great! They are working hard to update the building and t Read Morery to minimize the inconveniences this causes to the current residents. The office worked with me to find someone to sublet my lease when i had to leave early and were always very courteous. Maintaince request were usually filled quickly but did slow down a bit with construction. The maintaince guys were really nice and efficient. Con: I wish the lease length was more flexible.

Horrible place to live. Never any available parking, water would get shut off most weekends without proper war Read Morening to all residents, walls are paper thin & you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, & management does nothing to help problems. No warning if maitence was going to be coming in, I woke up one time with the maitence guy in my bathroom!!! Not ok.
