Not a lot of friendly people that live here... If you say hello to someone, good luck getting a response from Read Moremost of them. The walls are very thin for a building that was built in 2012, I would expect more. Doesn't matter how many noise complaints you submit, it seems like management doesn't even talk to the people in question. If you arrive home after 10pm, good luck finding a parking spot in the garage that you pay extra for, as they have sold more spots then they have.

Lots of things were promised when, but most of them were never delivered or took months. We were supposed to h Read Moreave access to one of the patios until 10pm, it was usually locked all day with no access at all until several months after we moved in. There was supposed to be new patio furniture which we never saw. Our apartment was flooded during a bad rainstorm, but repairs to the window that leaked were never made. We were supposed to get a free cleaning when we signed a renewal, that we never go

For the price the units are small. The parking is not monitored so there are times when paying tenants can no Read Moret park in a spot. Common use room is not open outside of business hours when everyone is normally home.

Feel safe once inside the building. Maintenance is excellent. It is a relatively small and quiet community mos Read Moretly free of late night noise. Problems include too few parking spaces, apartment size is small, smells from garbage, cooking, and smoke frequently fill hallways.

The apartment itself is fantastic. However, there have been a lot of issues lately and the overall response/co Read Moremmunication from the office manager has been really poor. She is rarely in the office (even during stated business hours) and leaves requests unanswered. The property itself has been really noisy, smoke-filled, and unclean in the last few months. Seems there are a lot more students living here lately and just overall inconsiderate people, which the manager refuses to acknowledge.
