      Poor building construction, you can hear your neighbors conversations even when they are speaking in a reasona Read Moreble tone. Amenities seem nice, but are practically unusable for the most part. Underground parking is a great idea, but you will have to pay an extra 50$ a month to use it and otherwise parking is a nightmare . Continue looking elsewhere.

          There needs to be trash cans around the property. It is not okay that there is only large cans in a back corne Read Morer. If I have trash in my car or mailbox I have to take it to my apartment. No other place is set up like this. If there is a change the management does not tell people for weeks. Also they never told people in building A that the exit to the community was changing and for a whole afternoon the garage was blocked off by cement trucks. This is bad management. It needs to change.

            Aside from the noise and the crowds of the area from all the building and construction I think it is a nice pl Read Moreace to live. I like how secure it is. The major problems come from the noise for me. Also next time I would probably get an East facing apartment because the West facing apartments get very hot at night, not your problem but my bad decision.
