Dog owner are the big problem. They don't clean after their dog pups. Smokers are second big issue. They smok Read Moree every where. Management does not have any control over them.

Cedar Breaks is in a great valley location and spacewise the apartment layouts are good. It used to have very Read More nice landscaping and present a clean appearance. Over the last year rents have risen significantly (twice) and the overall quality of the property has gone down. Lease violations are not enforced. Glaring deficiencies noticed by tenants seem to go unnoticed by the management.

There are some great neighbors, and there are some not so great neighbors. One thing I hate most here, is they Read More allow smoking on the balconies. I have children, and I am unable to open my windows when the weather is nice. They say if it becomes a nuisance they will ask the renters to stop. I have complained twice now. Still nothing has changed. It makes me very angry! They are good about fixing or replacing things. However they are cheaper items.
