The staff is friendly, but the property is showing signs of wear, and the residents aren't helping. The sound Read Morepollution from other units is ever-present, especially from the hallway where the sound of opening and shutting other apartment doors is exceedingly loud. Small maintenance issues continue to pop up, and although the staff is prompt and polite to handle the requests, special requests like restrictions on availability have had difficulty translating into action.

Good price and big outdoor patios are great, but there is no 24-hour hotline for non-emergency assistance, par Read Moreking passes are not stickers (meaning they fall/get lost and you get towed as a result), and the gym is small/

1. I live on the bottom floor of one of the buildings and for some reason, I get woken up practically every da Read Morey of my upstairs neighbor around 545 or 6am. The floors are so thin that I am able to hear her phone vibrate, the opening and closing of drawers or closets, and the creaking floorboards are just a headache.
2. I wish there was more storage available INSIDE the apartment. I understand the apartment complex offers storage facility, but I dont want to leave my apartment to get what I need.

The apartment is very nice. Maintenance is very nice and helpful but sometimes takes a bit longer than I'd lik Read Moree to respond to requests. The gym is nice but a bit too small and could use some free weights. The pool not being within walking distance is a big downfall. The pool is also very crowded and loud because of all the young kids.
