I have lived at Foxchase for 32 years and would recommend it to prospective tenants.

Despite reading more than a few negative reviews prior to selecting Fox Chase as my apartment, I have had noth Read Moreing but positive experiences since moving in 10 months ago. These apartments are a good bargain considering the high cost area and what the rents are. The places are clean, grounds well kept, and the staff is very friendly and professional. Another nice plus is the diversity in who lives here.

I just moved into Foxchase about a week ago. So far, so good! I had a few minor issues when I moved in, like Read Morea broken thermostat and a wasps nest on my balcony, but the staff was very quick to respond. The complex is MASSIVE, so it's not as easy to go and talk to the front desk as it would be in a high rise. But the laminate floors are nice, I love my washer and dryer, and I rarely hear any of my neighbors!

My apartment is renting for much less then I am currently renting at and am perplexed as to how that is fair? Read MoreI understand market dictates rent but when services and are not in line with my rent it's a frustration. Overall I am satisfied but to resign a new lease expect an adjustment on rent.
