I have lived at Foxchase for 32 years and would recommend it to prospective tenants.

Despite reading more than a few negative reviews prior to selecting Fox Chase as my apartment, I have had noth Read Moreing but positive experiences since moving in 10 months ago. These apartments are a good bargain considering the high cost area and what the rents are. The places are clean, grounds well kept, and the staff is very friendly and professional. Another nice plus is the diversity in who lives here.

I truly hopes this gets read and taken seriously by someone with authority. Fox Chase apartments would be a gr Read Moreeat place if it had better office staff. The residence office staff is often rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. Any pleasant disposition of the staff ended right after we moved in. Suddenly, as a resident it was very difficult to get in touch with anyone over the phone with long wait times. And when we did, we were often spoken to with agitation. Talking with them in person is even worst. Also when we renewed our lease we immediately regretted it as staff mistakenly tried to charge us a late fee after we paid our rent in full and on time as it appeared on the resident portal. The staff waited till after the 5th to post the prorated amount and tried to blame us. This exemplifies the consistent lack of accountability that falls in line with their behavior. As a result, there is no one to complain to as the very people who behave this way are the only ones available to do so. Altogether, we try to avoid the residence office at all cost because interacting with staff taints what would be an otherwise be great experience at Fox Chase apartments.
