The building is extremely well tended as are the grounds. Everything so far has been easy, including the move- Read Morein and leasing process, and the staff has been very helpful. While I have only been here for a few days, thus far I have noticed that the building is kept very clean, the apartment is extremely quiet and my fellow residents are friendly, helpful and courteous. I am very happy here so far and look forward to a great resident experience.

We just moved to key tower a week ago it is a good tower we are enjoying the living here but the only thing Read More which is not perfect us a parking space we still are looking to get one as we were told by the staff

The staff is great, they work hard and are very helpful. The failure begins and ends with corporate decisions Read Moreto NOT invest in the water and sewage system, replacing the elevators and upgrading apartments. The rent is far too high to have the elevator break once a week and water go out several times a month. The sinks, toilets and tubs are older than me and you want a limited maintenance team to keep putting tape or quick fixes in place. The HVACs are very old and inefficient and the cost is transferred to resident in the form of high electric bills. This is why you have very high turnover, where true costs are created
