I think the rental rate is far too much for just a fair to average looking apartment community. Although I ha Read Moreve lived here for 10 years I will make this my last year due to the rodent problem. That is something that I can't tolerate. I am also still waiting for someone to come and address the issue in my apartment---it has been over a week. I had to go out and buy mouse traps (3) and set them in my apartment. I caught a small gray mouse and photographed it for my records. I think that the apartment complex should be taking care of this instead of me having to rid the rodents.

Mount Vernon is a wonderful community to live. Though it's less than half mile from Richmond Hwy, you hardly h Read Moreear the traffic noise. Mount Vernon is family friendly and most of the neighbors speak to each other. I love the security features of key-access to the apartment building and patrol services. The Contact Center is an added asset to living here because someone is always there to respond to any problem you have relating to your home. I am pleased with the staff and would recommend future residents to consider living here.
